This is a definite win for collectors and as of 2017, we are still receiving the remastered treatment.

Why Adidas boost are expensive ?

As a world-renowned sports brand, Adidas has been popular for a long time . Not only because of boost itself , there is views ,that is, Adidas boost is particularly expensive. Because of its price , more and more people though love it ,but can not offer .

From recently years, you can see from the price of adidas shoes series, you can see that it is difficult to accept the price ,and the most important for young boy ,Adidas is a sign of fashion today. I do not know whether it cooperation with Kanye Omari West, yeezy 350 and yeezy 750 are so expensive, but still hard to get one . There is also expensive for NMD, but even you have more money and it is expensive ,the most difficulty is hard to got one when release. Now someone will ask, why Adidas boost is so expensive but still so popular ? Here are some reason as below :

1,Commercial hype
This is the trick which most of company have been used , we called it honey dicked .Company will cooperate with the top notch, the shoes have a strong effection and has been don enough warm-up before release , especially coupled with their appeal to fans. That is makes the foundation for popular of shoes .Take the yeezy boost as example .It is cooperate with kanye ,who the American popular singer .His affection for younger , it is huge . Kanye and his wife already revealing a bit wind in his live before release . But leave a little suspense, that will be attract more people with mysterious . Without doubt , that increase the visibility of yeezy boost

2,Limitation of quantity

This is a hunger marketing for advertise .it can be said to earn enough . Or to say yeezy, when the yeezy 750 release which limit of 9000 pairs in the the global, so that is the reason why it is popular .Because it is rare and precious, it is necessary to know that many of us are a little less than a strange feeling of affection, Adidas is with this kind of psychology, tightly grasp our desire, heart. Another view is that because Adidas boost are limitation .so it has become more attractive.

How to design of Yeezy Boost by Kanye West?

It’s been a long journey

In January 2014, a video surfaced of Kanye West talking through his second capsule collection with French denim label A.P.C. (It’s since been scrubbed from the Internet.) Standing in a Paris showroom, West spent nearly fifteen minutes explaining to a room of fashion editors every stitch, detail, and decision that went into the military-inspired capsule. He talked at length about his specific design choices—like how he chose certain fabrics while picturing “dudes in Milan being shot by [street style photographer] Tommy Ton”—but also about how this capsule collection was symbolic of a new era for him personally, one where he might be seen not as a rapper or a celebrity, but as a fashion designer. “I think, like, this moment right here is maybe the first time where people can see, like, ‘Oh that’s his opinion,” he said. But Kanye’s history in the fashion industry is as long and involved as his career in music, and since he burst onto the scene in 2004 with The College Dropout, his impact on men’s fashion has been immense. Maybe even unmatched. And yet it’s only now, on the day that his new collaboration with Adidas will be unveiled at a highly anticipated fashion show in New York, that he’s finally getting the platform to express his vision in a way he feels he has long deserved.

2008: Kanye Wears Unreleased Colorway of the Nike Air Yeezy 1 At The Grammys

During his onstage performance at the ‘08 Grammys, fans got a first look at what would eventually become the Nike Air Yeezy, though the versions that would eventually hit stores would be much more colorful than the black/white colorway he wore on stage. Later in the year, on his Glow in the Dark Tour, Kanye wore an unreleased purple and orange colorway. This marked the first time Nike had given a signature shoe to a non-athlete, signaling Kanye as a pioneer in the sneaker world—and introducing a famous musician who wanted to reimagine the concept of “celebrity designer.”

April 2009: The Air Yeezy 1 Hits Stores

For all of three seconds. As expected (and thanks to a super limited quantity of shoes made), the Air Yeezy 1 sold out almost instantly. It retailed for $215, and was released in three colorways—grey (released in April), black (May), and tan (June).

September 2010: Kanye West Collaborates with Phillip Lim on the Wardrobe for West’s Short Film, “Runaway.”

Say what you will about the film’s plot and acting, but a couple of things are for sure—the music and wardrobe are great. Made specifically for West by designer Phillip Lim, the looks showed off a super-modern, elegant take on classic pieces like white button-down shirts, black trousers, and formalwear.

Late 2011: Kanye Wears Samples of the Air Yeezy 2 on the Watch The Throne Tour

The only thing to get more media attention than the leather kilt were the Nike Air Yeezy 2 samples West wore while on tour for WTT, which, like the Air Yeezy 1s he wore at the 2008 Grammys, were done up in a monochromatic color scheme that would never see store shelves.

April 2012: Kanye West Starts Dating Kim Kardashian

The world’s most talked about (and arguably most influential from a fashion perspective) couple is born.

June 2012: The Air Yeezy 2 Is Released in Two Colorways, “Platinum” and “Black Solar Red”

Like the first Air Yeezy, these kicks were priced higher than typical Nike offerings ($250 this time around), were extremely limited (certain reports say only 1,500 pairs were made), and kids lined up for weeks to get their hands on a pair. Today, pairs are for sale via Flight Club for over $5,000.

From a design perspective, the Air Yeezy 2 was a similar but much sleeker style than the original, and featured an embossed reptile print on the side that reinforced the dark, luxurious aesthetic West wore on the Watch The Throne tour. This would be the last silhouette Kanye designed for Nike.

October 2013: Kanye Collaborates With Maison Margiela on Yeezus Tour Wardrobe, Wes Lang on Tour Merch

After name-checking Margiela on Watch the Throne, West turned to the Maison for his Yeezus tour wardrobe, including silk robes, crystal masks, and custom versions of the brand’s “Future” sneaker. In fact, the entire wardrobe was custom-made for West and was never to be released by the house.

For the merchandise, West tapped popular Los Angeles-based artist Wes Lang, whose hand-drawn themes of death and religion complemented the album’s raw feel. One design, which featured a confederate flag, sparked controversy, to which West replied, “React how you want. The confederate flag represents slavery—that’s my abstract take on it—and I made the song ‘New Slaves’. So I took the Confederate flag, and I made it my flag now. So what you gonna do about it?”

December 2013: Kanye West Signs With Adidas

The transformation from the Swoosh to the three stripes became complete. Kanye got the joint venture deal he wanted, with royalties, and one worth more, according to his claims on the Breakfast Club radio show, than the $4 Million dollars a year he said Nike offered him for previously undisclosed deal.

February 2014: Nike Releases the Red Octobers Out of Nowhere

And just as soon as they arrived, they’re gone. Current asking price? $5500 on Flight Club. Kanye’s relationship with Nike? Officially dead.

August 2014: Kanye Tells GQ His New Album is On Hold So He Can Work on Adidas

“I was thinking it could somehow come out in June, like Yeezus, and just kill it for the summer. But then I’m like, I have to work on Adidas and be with my child.”

September 2014: Kanye Promises to Make His Adidas Collection Mass-Market

During one of his signature onstage rants while on the Yeezus Tour in Perth, Australia, West promised to make the new Adidas collection widely available: “I heard those screams [from people who weren’t able to purchase the limited edition Yeezy 2 Nike collaboration], and I wanted to do something about that. So when I ask next year if you were able to get the new Yeezys, you’ll be able to say you at least were able to try on a pair, to cop a pair.”

November 2014: Images of Kanye’s New Adidas Sneaker Leak

Thanks to a pair of wandering eyes (and a camera phone) from someone seated behind West on a commercial flight, we were given our first image of what would eventually become the Yeezy 750 Boost. The Internet exploded and the hype reached a fever pitch.

February 6, 2015: Ibn Jasper Instagrams the First Picture of the Yeezy 750 Boost

Kanye’s friend and longtime barber was the first person to unveil the official Yeezy 750 Boost while West rehearsed for the Grammys.

February 7, 2015: Kanye Steps Out in the 750 Boost for the First Time

Kanye and Kim attended the Roc Nation pre-Grammy brunch, which also marked the first time West was seen out in public wearing the gray suede high-tops.

This time though, he rocked ’em with a very cozy Haider Ackermann sweatsuit.

February 11, 2015: Kanye Reveals There Are More Yeezys Coming

On Ryan Seacrest’s show, West said that while only 9,000 pairs of the Yeezy 750 Boost will hit store shelves this Saturday, there is a lot more to come. “There’s only 9,000, and also because they’re $350, if they’re out of anyone’s price range…. I just want everyone to be safe and patient. I know you can run up on this 14-year-old kid and take his Yeezys, but just be patient because we’ll make more Yeezys…. When I was growing up, kids wanted Jordans; kids got killed for Jordans. Now that I’m in a position, I’m going to make sure everyone gets Yeezys.” So far, a year later, that hasn’t exactly come true.

February 12, 2015: Showtim

Yeezy season is finally here. And if we have any apprehensions, it’s that even with all the good will in the world, mass-market products are uncharted territory for West. In all of his prior collaborations, exclusivity was itself a crucial part of the appeal. This was especially true with the Air Yeezy 2s—a sneaker so rare, just seeing a pair in the street was special.

As a musician, what makes Kanye West one of the greats is his ability to innovate—to push the sonic boundaries of hip-hop. The raw aggression of Yeezus is what is made it a critical success, but it also sold less than any Kanye West solo album ever has. And generally speaking, it’s easier to get people to change the song on their phone than it is to get them to change their shoes. Weird music is usually a personal, private experience. Weird clothes are a public display of taste and personality. And if West really wants to become the next Ralph Lauren, that’s going to take some time.

But with all eyes on him and (in all likelihood) an instant sell-out on his hands, West’s on the right track to becoming the force in fashion he believes he can be.

June 2015: The First Low-Top Yeezy Boost, the $200 350 “Turtle Dove” Arrives

It drops on Adidas’s Confirmed app, online, at various retailers, though few are actually able to secure a pair.

First released in Turtledove in June 2015, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 was very different again – far more traditional and understated. A low-rise lightweight every day sneaker, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 was similar to Nike Roshe Run, it’s soft look created using a one-piece primeknit construction. The shoe featured one visible line of stitching on the front, canvas detailing on the heel, black YZY detailing on the inner side and adidas boost technology in the rubber sole. Retailing for $200, the sneaker was available in a range of stores  The Pirate Black colourway followed Turtle Dove in August 2015, with Moonrock released three months later, and the oxford tan release after then .

2016: Kanye unveils yeezy season 2

The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 was revealed at the Yeezy Season 3 show and was released on September 24, 2016. It is considered a remake of the previous Yeezy Boost 350 and features several outer changes, such as a different pattern, removed heel tab, and a large stripe running around the outer side of the shoe with the words “SPLY-350”. The sole also has been updated to be transparent and features full-length visibility of the boost material midsole through a grid-pattern opening on the outsole. In September they released the “Beluga” featuring an all Grey outsole and primeknit, with a large colored orange stripe with the words “SPLY-350”. On November 23, 2016, three new colorways released, “Copper”, “Green”, and “Red”, featuring an all black outsole and primeknit, with a large colored stripe with the words “SPLY-350”.

A Core Black/Core White colorway, dubbed “Oreo”, was released December 17, 2016, which also featured a black outsole and prime knit, as well as a white stripe across the shoe. The black and red “bred” colorway released February 11, 2017. A “zebra” colorway was released on February 25, 2017. In April 2017, there will be a release of the colorway of this model labeled as “Triple White”.All shoe colorways have been released for a retail price of $220.

The difference design of Adidas Yeezy And Nike Yeezy by Kanye West

Ahead of the official unveiling of Kanye West’s first collection with adidas tomorrow, we take a look back on Yeezy’s history of blockbuster sneaker collaborations.

Utter the words “Kanye West” and “sneakers” in the same sentence and you’re likely to be met either with frantic reaching for credit cards and Paypal accounts from fevered sneakerheads, or rolled eyes and queasy looks of disgust from the rapper’s many detractors. Like the man himself, Kanye’s contributions to the sneaker world are divisive to say the least.

With his debut collection for adidas set to be unveiled this week, we reflect on Yeezy’s long line of collaborations, brought to life by sneakerhead illustrator Stephanie Morris who has highlighted the key points of each of Kanye’s sneakers in her own inimitable style.

From his early forays into footwear with Nike and Louis Vuitton up to the blockbuster Air Yeezy series and soon-to-drop adidas line, Kanye West’s sneakers have left an indelible mark on the world of footwear. His lineage of designs, while fluctuating in line with his personal style (let us not forget, this is the man responsible for bringing shutter shades into the spotlight), all share a common flamboyance and left-field eccentricity that so many lazily co-branded projects lack these days.

FAO trigger-happy sneakerheads: before you jump to the comments section with corrections and omissions, we have only included official collaborations that were worn by the man himself – so that means no Giuseppe Zannottis or Balmains that Kanye may or may not have designed, no bespoke Huaraches for the “Glow In the Dark” tour and none of the countless Air Yeezy sample colorways that have never graced the foot of the good Lord Yeezus himself.

The first installment of Kanye West’s sneaker projects, the Nike Air 180 “College Dropout” celebrated the success of Ye’s lauded debut album and was available only in his own size 12 as a highly exclusive friends-and-family release. The shoe sported a playful mishmash of bold colors and leopard print upon the upper, with the record’s bear mascot branded on the tongue and insole. While a far cry from the game-changing pandemonium that surrounded the release of the Air Yeezy series, Ye’s spin on the often-overlooked Air 180 sneaker embodied his personal style at the time – swaggering confidence mixed with playful Ivy League pep.

Yeezy’s first shoe to officially hit retail, the “Dropout Bear” riff on the Bapesta landed right in the middle of the BAPE craze that gripped the streetwear world in the mid-2000s. A limited release but by no means as sought-after or groundbreaking as his later projects, the Air Force 1 bootleg was adorned in yet more College Dropout branding, channeling West’s fondness of BAPE’s streetwear in all its petulant, childish glory.

The Dropout bear strikes again, this time making an ignominious appearance on the heel of a dark corner of footwear history – Jay Z’s long-forgotten “S.Carter” signature Reebok shoe. The sneaker dropped in four colorways that took ’00s streetwear’s propensity for bold colors to nauseating new levels, climaxing with the luminous patent leather monstrosity you see above. Unsurprisingly, these haven’t aged well and mark a low point of Yeezus’s sartorial history, with its shutter shades and awkward forays into design with the since-abandoned “Pastelle” clothing line.

When Kanye stepped out for his 2008 Grammy performance performance which paid tribute to his recently departed mother Donda, he did so sporting a murdered-out sample colorway of his yet-to-be-released Nike debut, with a translucent sole unit and a bright crimson lace lock (the very same red that would grace the Black/Solar Red Air Yeezy 2 colorway). The sneaker never saw an official release and the sneakerhead community was buzzing with rumor on whether this new silhouette would ever see the light of day. Countless other unreleased Yeezy 1 samples have since surfaced, although none at such a pivotal moment of Kanye’s career.

After months and months of speculation and rumor regarding whether the samples seen on Kanye’s feet would ever see a public release, the Air Yeezy 1 was finally announced and (understandably) sent the sneakerhead population into a frenzy. Taking the blueprint laid out by the “Jasper” sneaker and pairing it with a vertically dissected upper and space-age textured cross-strap, the Air Yeezy 1 stepped away from the luxurious swagger of Kanye’s Louis Vuitton days and into altogether more progressive territory.

Landing three years after Ye’s initial foray with Nike, the Yeezy 2 took the Yeezy 1’s DNA into more abstract territory, marrying the Air Tech Challenge II‘s sole unit with an upper comprised of technical mesh and reptilian textured paneling, finished with a warped heel counter and signature cross-strap. On constant rotation during the blockbuster “Watch The Throne” tour, the sneaker initially dropped in two colorways (both of which sold out in a heartbeat, naturally) – the most memorable of which was the Black/Solar Red version which would later go on to appear on Air Foamposite 1 and SB Dunk releases, after Yeezy’s relationship with Nike came to an end.

A year and half after the original Air Yeezy 2 release, the closing installment of Kanye’s Nike sneakers released in February 2014 after months of speculation and cancelled release dates. By far the most coveted of Yeezy’s sneakers, with an average resell price of over $3,000, the Red Octobers marked a fitting end to Kanye’s relationship with Nike, as he finally completed his transformation into the frenziedly-outspoken, Kardashian-marrying, paparazzi-beating style icon that we know and love today (or at least love talking about).

Lightyears ahead of previous designs, the Yeezy 750 Boost marries previous designs’ cross strap, dissected upper and exaggerated silhouette with a bizarre Boost sole unit, side zips and rope laces. Sporting a gratuitous dose of visvim-esque raw suede, the sneaker features almost no branding and would not look out of place on the runways of the many highbrow designers who Kanye so openly strives to emulate. While we are yet to know the full drop details, if the hysteria surrounding the sneaker’s announcement is anything to go by these will be just as hard to get hold of as Yeezy’s previous Grail-status releases.

The old story of the Reebok Instapump Fury with Designer Steven Smith

Reebok Instapump Fury designer Steven Smith shares the history of the revolutionary running shoe’s design.

There are a few recognizable names you always hear when the subject of great sneaker designers gets brought up.  Tinker Hatfield, Eric Avar, Jason Petrie…you probably know these guys, but there are many other designers that go unheralded.  Perhaps the most legendary sneaker designer that you’ve never heard of is Steven Smith.  An almost 30 year veteran of the footwear design industry, Steven has worked for numerous brands and created some of the most timeless silhouettes ever.

Let’s start with New Balance, where he landed his first shoe design gig right out of college in 1986. His resume there reads like a who’s who of your favorite New Balance retro models: the 574, 996, 997, and 1500 just to name a few.  Who knew that one guy designed all of these classics?

Next up for Steven was a one year stint at adidas, where he helped launch the Torsion technology in basketball shoes like the Artillery—one of the coolest late 80’s models from the Three Stripes.  He then headed over to Reebok where, among many other things, he helped create Instapump technology, DMX cushioning, and even the Vector logo.  Oh, and he also designed a little shoe called the Fury.

The adjective “iconic” probably gets thrown around a bit too often when talking about sneakers, but the Reebok Instapump Fury is indeed a certified icon of footwear design. (After all, not just any sneaker makes it into the Design Museum of London.)  The Fury is so futuristic that many still don’t quite understand it, so you can imagine how it blew minds back in 1994.  It has received numerous re-releases and new colorways throughout the years, but Reebok is bringing the Fury back in full force for its 20th birthday in 2014.  The celebration started with the accurate-to-the-original reproduction of the ‘Black/Citron/Red’ colorway that just dropped earlier this month, and then continues with a series of 27 collaborative versions throughout the year with Reebok’s Certified Network of global retailers.  Definitely not a bad way to highlight one of the brand’s most important models of all time.

After Mr. Smith’s prolific years at Reebok, he went over to FILA briefly, and then on to Nike where he designed some of the best mid-to-late 90’s running models like the Zoom Spiridon Cage, Air Max 2009, Shox Monster and many from the Bowerman series.  He’s now back at adidas where he’s helping develop the miCoach technology—which means he’s a fellow Portland resident with us here at SC headquarters.  Steven was kind enough to invite us into his home for an exclusive look at some of his amazing sneaker collection and some choice pieces from his career.  Since theInstapump Fury celebration is on, today we’ll take a look at some of his original prototypes—many never before seen—and hear the history of the shoe directly from its creator.

It was a good time (at Reebok), because for true innovation and great breakthroughdesign, I always say you need a “willing victim,” and Fireman was great for that.  He was one of the best guys to ever work for, because he was this incredible stream-of-consciousness thinker, and he would always be like, “What if you did this? What if you did that?”  And you’d go do it, because he empowered you to do it.

When Kanye West offers you a job, you take it. The rapper turned designer recently made a huge addition to his Yeezy team, recruiting Steven Smith, a well-tenured footwear designer who’s spent time at Adidas, Fila, Reebok, and Nike. Smith’s résumé includes important designs like the Reebok Insta Pump Fury, the Air Max 2009, and the New Balance 574.

Smith told Sole Collector that West personally reached out to him with the employment opportunity.

“Kanye cold called me and asked if I would come design with him. He had Adidas track me down,” Smith said in an interview.

Smith, who says he was hired by West three months ago, works directly for the Yeezy team, and not for Adidas. While he lives in Portland, Oregon, he’s been commuting back and forth to Calabasas, California where West currently lives for his Yeezy work.

Smith was tight-lipped about what sort of shoes he’s working on in his new role with the Yeezy team, but did mention that they’ll have Boost in them. Boost is of course a proprietary Adidas cushioning system, so it’s safe to assume this veteran designer will have some level of input on West’s wildly popular Adidas Yeezy Boost line.

The Real Facts Behind Kanye West’s Diss Song to Nike

Kanye West once again released a track on New Year’s Eve and once again the rapper used the occasion to let the world know his opinion on several hot topics. Kanye used the track “FACTS” specifically to once again underline his opinion on Nike, the sportswear brand that started to work with him on sneakers, before he left to work with adidas Originals in 2015. For adidas it has been a massive year, dominating the fashion sneaker collaboration market, releasing many much talked about Kanye West adidas YEEZY Boost items, as well as pushing ahead with innovations such as the Ultra Boost and classics such as the Superstar and Stan Smith.

Here below we now take a closer look at some of West’s statements in the song and see how they compare to reality.

1) adidas Yeezy line has “jumped over the Jumpman”

Without any doubt his YEEZY line had a lot of hype in 2015, sold out of all footwear in no time and had people line-up across the globe. At the same time Jordan Brand apparently started having issues selling out some of its Retro releases towards the end of the year. At the same time Jordan Brand of course had a lot more releases than YEEZY and is a Billion Dollar brand.

2) “If Nike ain’t had Drizzy man they would have nothing. If Nike ain’t have Don C. they would have nothing.”

Kanye goes on saying that only Drake and Don C. saved them with their sneaker collaborations. While those were among the most hyped Jordan brand releases of the year, one has to keep in mind that Nike has had its biggest year ever, announcing plans to reach $50 Billion in revenue by 2020, having hit $7.7 Billion in revenue in the last quarter already. Also Nike’s market cap of over $86 Billion is just above five times the market cap of adidas, who fell behind Sketchers in the US for biggest sportswear brands.

3) “I ain’t drop an album but the shoes went platinum.”

West mentions selling over a million shoes in 2015, which is impressive, but certainly nothing that will impress Nike.

4) “Tell adidas that we need a million in production. I done told y’all all I needed was the infrastructure.”

The rapper believes he could be selling a lot more sneakers, which is probably true, but the high resell prices would probably drop quickly if that was the case.

5) “James Harden, Swaggy P running up the budget.”

The $200 million deal with James Harden was certainly one of the biggest announcements of the year and it is likely to heavily impact the adidas Basketball business. But basketball is still Nike’s home turf. Having LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, Kyrie Irving, Kobe Bryant and many other heavy hitters under contract, and with adidas not really having been able to push back with its D Rose line, it currently looks like adidas has to fight hard to keep Under Armour away. The brand has seen a 754 percent increase in basketball sneaker sales, thanks to Stephen Curry in 2015.

As much of an impact as Kanye West and adidas had this past year, the statements from his new song should obviously be taken lightly. By now we are all used to hear bold, many times over the top, statements of the rapper. Nevertheless Nike, as strong as they are at the moment, especially financially, has to keep an eye on adidas. The brand might not be there yet financially, but in terms of product it has made huge steps in 2015 and layed the groundwork for another strong year 2016 with its new NMD.

What’s the difference between Nike Yeezy and Adidas Yeezy ?

As with all Kanye’s Nike and adidas Yeezy releases, runs have been minimal with far more disappointed footwear fans than satisfied ones. Though Kanye tweeted that adidas would make a million Yeezy’s in 2015, Sneakerheads the world over are still desperate to get their hands on the shoe.

Now we will see !

Some sneaker fans are all about the Nike Yeezy, while for others the adidas Yeezy wins hands down. Both Kanye’s sneaker collaborations have produced cult-status shoes and the star’s impact on sneaker style can’t be denied. The Yeezy Boost 350 was named 2015’s ‘Shoe of the Year’ at the New York Footwear News Achievement Awards, and Nike Air Yeezy II ‘Red October’ is one of the most sought after sneakers in history. In this post we explore the aesthetic differences between Nike Yeezy vs Adidas Yeezy and the costs associated with the iconic kicks.

Nike Air Yeezy

Nike Air Yeezys were first seen on Kanye in all black suede at the 2008 Grammy Awards. After a long sampling process in which several features and colourways were trialed, a trio of colours – Zen Grey, Blink and Net – were released in April, May and June of 2009. Each colourway of the high-top basketball inspired shoe had the same structure, perforated uppers and mid-strap with different detailing such as glow-in-the-dark soles and printing on the strap. The first generation Nike Air Yeezy’s, retailing at $215 USD, sold out almost immediately. You can find the highly coveted model reselling on FlightClub.com for $3,000.

Nike Air Yeezy 2

In June 2012, Nike released its Air Yeezy II. 5000 of each colourway were produced, retailing at $245. Colours were Solar Red and Pure Platinum, followed by a surprise release in February 2014 of ‘Red October’, which sold out within 11 minutes. Prices of all the Nike Air Yeezy 2s quickly inflated to over $4000 on sites such as ebay, with a pair of ‘Red Octobers’ in a UK men’s size 8 driving bids as high as

$16 million USD. Today you can find a UK men’s size 10 for sale on ebay for $7,975 USD. It remains one of the most expensive sneakers in history.

The silhouette of the second generation Nike Air Yeezy was toned down to create a more casual vibe; it was shorter and slimmer for a sleeker look. Egyptian inspired styling elements included the god Horus on the tongue, hieroglyphics spelling out YZY under the strap and obelisk shaped aglets at the end of each lace. Reptilian features included molding protruding from the heel counter and a snakeskin pattern on the back quarters.

Adidas Yeezy Boost 750

After leaving Nike due to a dispute over royalties, Kanye’s next collaboration delivered the adidas Yeezy Boost 750 in February 2015. A limited number were released in flagship stores and a week later the 750 was made available through a wider range of retailers. The shoe was a departure from the Nike Yeezy, with the high-top featuring a zipper and mid-foot strap on top of an off-white Boost sole. Colours included black, brown and lavender; the upper a luxurious suede. Though adidas won’t release production figures, according to solecollector.com rumours put the number of black adidas Yeezy 750 Boosts at around 5,000. The shoe, retailing at $350, sold out within 10 minutes.

Adidas Yeezy Boost 350

Adidas yeezy boost 350 V2

Looks like we’re expected to get another version of the original “Beluga” release with an upcoming adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Bold Orange colorway.Dressed in a Grey, Bold Orange and Dark Grey color scheme. This adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 has yet to leak, but its said to look very similar to the “Beluga” colorway. Some of the differences includes Orange accents and pull tabs.Unlike past Yeezy Boost V2 releases, this Black/Red colorway features an updated heel tab to match the almost transparent black overlay on the Boost midsole unit. Like nearly all YEEZY releases, the shoes will be readily available worldwide, but with the demand as insanely high, expect most shops to be conducting raffles both online and in-store in order to help you secure your pair. We’ve highlighted a number of stores both stateside and internationally for your convenience below. The most popular is Zebra ,which release the Zebra Yeezys on adidas.com/Kanye on the official release date of February 25th.

It doesn’t look like the latest Yeezy release will be all that limited, as infamous adidas Yeezy leaker Yeezy Mafia has blessed us with a full list of cities eligible for the adidas Confirmed App reservation process – and there are way more cities than usual. The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Cream White” will drop on April 29th in both adult and kid sizes and according to Yeezy Mafia the Confirmed App will launch on Wednesday, April 26th at 4PM EST.

Yeezy madness continues this summer with another new look for the much-coveted adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 releasing in June. Shifting gears to completely tonal colorways, after the “Triple White” colorway hits later this month the silhouette will then be offered up in this “Dark Green” rendition with nothing but the olive green hue across the entire upper with a matching translucent sole.

Let us stay tune it .
